Each item we sell is made to order with care.
Because our products are custom-made, we can only accept returns or exchanges in limited cases as outlined below.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product is defective or damaged, or
- You received the wrong item or size due to our error.
If your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
Please note that:
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- We do not refund shipping fees unless the error was on our part.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Used, washed, or worn products
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
Each item is printed specifically for your order, so please review all details carefully before checkout.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production (typically within a few hours of purchase).
Once printing has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
